We offer free delivery for orders within Nairobi. For deliveries outside this area, shipping charges may apply based on the distance and order size.

Nairobi & Ruiru: 2-5 business days
Other major towns: 5-10 business days
Custom orders: Lead times vary (we will provide an estimated timeframe)
Yes! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
Yes, all our products come with a 6 months warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
